I have been coming to MEDIC8 CLINIC for over a year now due to a bad car accident. I have been receiving Chiropractic care as well as massage therapy. The staff here are a pleasure to interact with, always helpful, and happy to assist me in any way that they can. They also worked with my insurance company and lawyer, making the claims process a breeze. The massage therapists are very attentive and professional every time I visit.
Dr. Koskie, Chiropractor has been very helpful with my adjustments, and has given me stretches and exercises to do at home that are specific to my injury. I feel a great sense of relief and always leave MEDIC8 stress free after each visit. I love the bottles of water that are branded with the MEDIC8 name, they taste way better than any other bottles of water I have ever had.

I have been to a number of health care centers for physical rehabilitation since I came to Canada in 1990, but MEDIC8 has by far impressed me the most. The staff are all very well trained, extremely professional, and really enjoy what they do. They treat each patient with respect, which makes us my family come from as far as Mississauga, Oakville and Downtown Toronto. Their organization is beyond belief, which takes a lot of pressure off of the patients, and their facility is always neat and tidy. I can go on, and on. I work in an office environment in Richmond Hill. I spend a lot of time at my desk incurring aches and, sometimes, pain in my back. I also have experienced pain in my forearms, from hours of typing on the computer. Meanwhile, my wife, Audrey, an Alzheimer patient, experiences chronic pain in her back and legs, due to arthritis.
Thanks to MEDIC8 CLINIC in Richmond Hill, my pain levels are being significantly reduced by their programs. As well, Audrey enjoys a less painful lifestyle, since becoming a MEDIC8 client. Especially important, is Audrey’s anticipation of being pampered, each time a visit is scheduled. MEDIC8 CLINIC has become a vital addition to her long-term care.
The service is outstanding! No effort is spared to make us more comfortable. The staff and owner, Dr. Sheila Jalili, extend warm welcomes and professional service, upon every occasion. A variety of herbals teas, coffee and biscuit snacks are offered, without exception, every time we arrive. We have noted the extensive childcare facilities, available while parents are being cared for. Massage tables are heated – ambient lighting and music make very client feel relaxed.
The MEDIC8 experience is one that we recommend to all our family, friends and colleagues.

I cannot put into words what it means to be given personal service. In these days where clients are just numbers, it is refreshing to be acknowledged by my first name. And not only that, but you also know the names of my family members. The special touch of offering your clients, tea, water, biscuits shows consideration and thoughtfulness on your part. These days, nobody gives anything for free.
The amiable service provided by your Chiropractor is exemplary. Together with him, you both came up with a recovery plan for me; Part of that plan was physiotherapy. Ever since I started it, I feel much better, thank you both.
